These terms apply to books bought directly from adoptedbook.au. They are written in plain language and we mean what they say.
Who you are buying from
Revival Resources Management Pty Ltd, trading as The Positive Difference Group, ABN 42 669 102 096, Toowoomba, Queensland, Australia.
Prices and GST
Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Shipping is shown before you pay. Payment is taken by Stripe at the time of order; we never see or store your card details.
Pre orders
The book releases on 1 November 2026. Pre orders are charged when placed and posted in the first week of November. If release is delayed we will tell you by email and you can cancel for a full refund at any time before your copy is posted.
Shipping
Books are printed in Australia and posted to Australian addresses within five to seven business days of the order (or of release, for pre orders) by Australia Post. Delivery times after posting are Australia Post’s. We do not currently ship direct overseas; international readers can buy through Amazon in their own country.
Damaged, faulty or lost copies
If your copy arrives damaged or misprinted, or does not arrive within three weeks of posting, contact us with your order details and we will send a replacement free of charge, or refund you if you prefer. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Change of mind
Because each copy is printed to order, we do not offer change of mind returns once a book has been posted. Pre orders can be cancelled for a full refund before posting.
Bulk orders
Orders of twenty or more are quoted per copy, invoiced with GST shown, and payable by bank transfer or card before printing. Delivery dates are agreed in writing when the order is confirmed.
